Xodus hosted the 2nd Forty under 40 Africa Summit and Awards which gathered 60 international guests, 15 diplomats and over 90 locals from the 22nd to 25th March at Freedom Park and The Leonardo Hotel. Including facilitating nominations, registration, flight arrangements, Cape Town and Joburg Tour, branding, set up and coordination for the 4-days event which had dignitaries and participants from over 24 countries.
 
Xodus is the organizer of Forty under 40 Global, Forty under 40 South Africa, Forty under 40 United Kingdom, Forty under 40 Ghana. Forty under 40 UK held its maiden edition at Hilton Hotel, Mayfair – London in November 2023.  The Award is in partnership with PAYANGEL AND BOBBI|LONDON

PURPOSE

To recognize and celebrate 40 emerging leaders under the age of 40 who demonstrate or impact the world personally or professionally through their exceptional leadership.

  • To identify projects and individual achievements that have enabled young achievers to be set apart from their competitors, produced clear and compelling value, return of investment, and other relevant results.
  • To encourage our up-and-coming youth to excellence and succeed in various industries at a very significant and tender age.
